Social Distance? Here’s what we can do for you during this time.

In the midst of all of these uncontrollable circumstances, we’ve forced ourselves to take a step back and focus on what we can control. We can remain calm and use every precaution in staying healthy and in helping to reduce the spread of the virus that put us all here in the first place. We can help those in need around us who may be vulnerable in this situation. We can use this forced isolation to slow down and spend time as a family without the daily hustle and bustle of life as we knew it. We can focus on maintaining some sense of normalcy in our daily schedules.

Here’s what we’ll be doing to maintain normalcy at Danielle Soloff Photography:

  • We will offer gift certificates for future sessions and/or print purchases from past sessions.
  • We’ll be here to design that wedding album you’ve been meaning to do for years. To help you order prints and/or artwork from a past session that you wish you would have ordered or that you think would look really great in that room in the new house you didn’t own then.
  • Thanks to technology, we are able to do gallery reveals and sales sessions online via video chat. Instead of sitting next to me in my design and sales space, you’ll be sitting on your own couch, dressed in whatever you want (I’ll most certainly be in something comfy and PJs are not out of the question). We even have amazing software that enables us to show you your own images on YOUR walls.
  • We will remain open for portrait sessions as long as we’re in good health and have not been in a compromising situation. We ask that our clients are upfront with us in regards to their health. We will take every precaution to maintain social distance should our clients want to proceed with a session during this period. Thanks to zoom lenses, we’re able to guarantee that.
  • We’ll be booking senior models and senior portrait sessions for summer.
  • We’re here to create slideshows for you for future events.
With all of the uncertainty that this pandemic has caused, I want you to know that the focus of Danielle Soloff Photography has not changed. In fact, this has magnified it. Times change. Disasters happen. Life goes by so fast. In all of this, what’s most important? You and the ones you love. My job is to get beautiful heirlooms in your hands that will last for generations to come, to photograph that family session you’ve been putting off for so long, to provide you with the perfect gift for a grandparent or mother-to-be…the list goes on!

From now until April 1st we will offer…

  • Discounted prints, albums and artwork on previous sessions as well as any session that occurs over this window of time.
  • An additional $25 toward every $100 spent on a gift certificate.

One thing that is for certain is that this is the time of year where we normally get slammed with business due to the spring season. When the social isolation ends, we will surely be booking like crazy. For anyone who pays their session fee now (date TBD), I will be offering first-come first-serve session dates to clients based on their intial booking time. I, like most, will be back to a crazy schedule when this is all over and I want to make sure your session is in the books ahead of time!

As we all process this, I’m extremely moved by the outpouring of kindness and selflessness that I’ve seen occur as a result. I am brainstorming some more things I can do to give back to our community and will be sharing additional details about all of it next week. Stay tuned.

As always…
MUCH LOVE!
